The Chief Minister Punjab Free Livestock Program 2025 is a major initiative launched by the Punjab Government under the leadership of CM Maryam Nawaz Sharif. Livestock Loan Option (For Small Farmers)

In addition to free animals, the government has launched an Interest-Free Livestock Card:

  • Send an SMS: PLC <space> CNIC number to 8070.
  • Eligible farmers will receive a Livestock Card with a limit of up to Rs. 270,000.
  • The card can be used to buy animal feed and veterinary products.
  • Repayment starts after 4 months.
